THEME PRESENTATION:

The Conference Secretariat of the 'Global Congress of Youth Blood Donor Motivators’ would like to thank all submitters for their abstracts.  Theme of each session presented by experts or participants of the workshop will be followed by comprehensive discussion to develop strategies, recommendations and action plan to accomplish the objective. Participants are to submit the title and abstract of their proposed presentation on or before April 30, 2010 and full text by July 31, 2010. The abstract is to be e-mailed to blood@lucy.in or surface mailed to 30/1/1 Nilmoni Mitra Street, Kolkata, West Bengal, India – 700006 along with the registration form. We request at least one scientific paper from each organization. Abstracts will be reviewed by Scientific Committee of the Conference Secretariat. Acceptances and final confirmation will be e-mailed to the presenting authors within 15 working days from the date of submission of the abstract. Allocation of time for paper presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee of the Conference Secretariat on the basis of the content .Overhead projector, computer (OS-Windows vista, Linux), LCD and whiteboard will be available. If you need extra arrangements/ equipments for your speeches/presentation please let us know on time.

PARTICIPANTS:

According to our conference rule, you have to be between 18 to 35 years old to participate in the Global Congress of Youth Blood Donor Motivators. Participation in this programme is only on invitation basis. We are expecting 150 invitees to attend the same. Our participants will be invited from amongst the selected resource persons and active representatives of organizations engaged in the field of blood donor motivation and recruitment. Invitations have been extended to government organizations and also to experts from abroad who are engaged in this specialized field of transfusion medicine. Our organization will provide modest accommodation and all hospitality to the invitees. But we regret to inform you that there will be no provision for accompanying persons and children. Participants are requested to bring their Countries flag, organizations flag & traditional music of their country.
